Co-Owner: Nichole has had years of exercise and physical fitness within her world. She loves exercise and organic wellness. Passionate for running and cardio, Nichole has trained and participated in a number of 5k, 10k, ½ marathon events. Nichole played volleyball for 13 years and extended her training to a collegiate level. After having her son, she realized that every part of her body had shifted. She became involved with Club Pilates and was won over! It was only when she discovered how Pilates has long-term effects on mind, body and soul that she was able to fully express her love for helping others and currently completing the Teacher Training Program to obtain her certification as a Pilates instructor to help others through their own personal journeys!
Education:
Instructor: Haylee holds a Bachelors degree in Communication Studies and a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Dance from California State University Long Beach. Haylee worked several years in dance studios teaching all ages both dance and acrobatics while integrating Pilates fundamental principles to help the students become more aware of how to improve posture, prevent injuries in extreme movements, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Haylee was certified as a Pilates instructor during college and has continued to teach in the Dallas area. She discovered Pilates during a Physical Therapy session in her teenage years post a few overuse dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading injuries where she recognized the importance of the core and proper biomechanics. Her approach to teaching movement comes from an anatomical base intertwined with imagery and spacial perception. Haylee uses Pilates as a method of exercise movement to prevent injury, stress relief, and improve quality of life through conscious awareness of posture.
Social Media & Event Coordinator: Julia was born and raised in California and moved to Texas when she was 18 years old. She is currently studying to be a Sports Nutrition Coach and hopes to be a Pilates instructor in the future, as well. Julia comes from an athletic background -- she spent her entire life playing competitive volleyball and continued to play until her second year of college. After she retired her volleyball career, it wasn’t long before she found her love for Pilates. Her favorite thing about Pilates is that it's an incredible work out for your mind, body, and soul. Julia's goal for the future is to one day move back to Southern California and teach athletes about nutrition and help them fall in love with being healthy while teaching pilates and living a simple life along the beach with her family.
Instructor: Cindy is a 22 year veteran of the health and fitness industry. Earning her first Personal Trainers certificate in 1994, she continues to pursue advanced health and wellness education. Earning a Business Management degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, she currently holds several certifications from the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (CHEK) institute, including Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Tennis Conditioning, Balanced Body University Pilates instructor, TRX, Trigger Point Performance Therapy, and Functional Training from the Institute of Human Performance. In 2013, she began studying the work of Guy Voyer, DO, Internationally recognized French Osteopath, and Physiotherapist. His teachings on the importance of fascia, myofascial stretching, proprioception, and segmental spine stabilization techniques including the ELDOA, have vastly expanded her knowledge and effectiveness. This year she has completed Dr Voyer’s SOMA Golf Trainer program. She incorporates Dr. Voyer’s advanced techniques in all areas of client training with excellent results. Having personally recovered from cervical and lumbar spine issues, her specialty is assisting others in maintaining overall functionality and specifically healthy spines. Working with a wide variety of clientele over the years, she also has a passion for holistic wellness and physical fitness for all client levels. She enjoys increasing her knowledge, and assisting others in their pursuit of healthy lifestyles.
Front Desk: I am a full time student at UNT who aspires to be either an advocate or crime victims coordinator who loves to make a difference in the world. Some of my favorite hobbies include exercising, coloring, and binge watching shows on Hulu and Netflix! I am so happy to be apart of the Club Pilates TC team and will work hard putting my best foot forward while being a great team worker.

Instructor: Julie comes to Club Pilates with over 5 years of experience as a comprehensive trainer for Peak Pilates. She was introduced to Pilates through her extensive dance training as well as at Texas A&M University, where she earned her degree in Kinesiology and minor in dance. Early in her career she taught dance, drill team and health at public high schools in the Houston and Dallas areas. Pilates healed her deconditioned body after a difficult pregnancy and life threating delivery and after this she knew it would be a vital part of her life. Julie has been honored to be mentored and work with some of the best in the industry including Cherry Herzog, Rebecca Swieczkowski, Leslie Snelson, Lisa Racina, Christine Bergeron and Carisa Armstrong. Just as Joseph Pilates said, Julie truly believes that “movement heals” and is excited to share this perspective with the clients of Club Pilates. When she’s not teaching Pilates, she is trying out new movement classes/workouts, learning as much as she can about health and nutrition, imagining she is at the beach or the mountains and mostly trying to enjoy the craziness that goes on with her hilarious husband, son and daughter.
Front Desk: I’m currently a senior at TWU majoring in Dietetics and also working on my personal training certification! My goal is to be a sports dietitian and work one on one with individuals in order to promote overall health and wellness! I hope to use Pilates as a tool in order to maximize strength and prevent injuries in my clientele.
